Walk with me through the horrors of the Family Court System in Florida...I have been reduced to a "visitor" in my own children's lives; I raised my voice to have equal access to them and I was denied; reduced to 18% time with them.  What happened to my Constitutional Rights to the care, concern and custody of my own children? The Florida Family Court System has trampled on them and made me an indentured servant for LIFE!  I am a Financial Slave to my ex-wife who chooses not to work! She's able bodied and holds a CNA Degree, but why should she when the Family Court System has handed her 120% of MY income.  How is this justice?  In a no fault state, they found for a cheater, and then punished me...isn't that finding fault against me?  How's that possible in a NO FAULT state? JUDGES KILLING LIBERTY

This just keeps getting better and better daily.  Today, in the mail was my husbands response to his recent motions in the 12th Judicial Circuit Court.  Both motions were DENIED!  The judge gave no reason whatsoever to his denials.  I wonder if he even bothered to read them.  The first one titled, Motion to Strike Final Order of Judgment was the request to strike the judgment due to erroneous financial figures that were never corrected from trial.  The second one titled, Motion to Abate Child Support/Alimony was the request to suspend any obligations in light of the facts of erroneous information while the information was being corrected.  DENIED!  Both counts!  What in the world would possess a JUDGE to deny a request to correct falsified information? Do they think I am going to just give up?  Go away?  Certainly not!  This is WRONG< WRONG<!!

Freedom means you are unobstructed in living your life as you choose. Anything less is a form of slavery.

The Nightmare Continues

No one knows the panic that can overwhelm you when you are faced with certain inevitable circumstances.  No one knows when you slip away from your desk to go to the bathroom because you can no longer hold back the tears.  No one knows the pain you feel in your heart when it starts to race from the fear of being left with nothing.  No one knows the fear in you when your legs give out because you don't know whether you are coming or going.  You feel like every word is scrutinized; every move you make is looked upon.  Your world has become a minefield or a land full of egg shells with nothingness beneath it constantly worried that one wrong move and you fall into a black hole.

No one knows unless they've lived it.  No one knows.......

My God knows.  My savior sees it all.  He can deliver us in one spoken word.  He can move any mountain with a breath.  He can do anything.  So why doesn't He?  Good question and one I've asked multiple times and have no real answer for.  Perhaps I am not supposed to have that answer right now....perhaps I am supposed to simply trust that He's got this.  He knows the amount of hair on my head, surely He knows what attacks have come against us.  Perhaps there's a bigger story here.  

Seems like every where we turn people just say the same things..."How can they do that?  How can something like that happen in our world?  Didn't you tell them that the info they submitted was wrong?" Uhhhhh, yes....yes, we did.  A few times now.  The courts have had ample time to correct the info but have refused to do so.  BLATANT CORRUPTION!  

There are Federal Laws in place to protect people, lets see if they work.  We called on the Federal Wage and Hour Commission to advise that the Courts have imposed an order that takes over 100% of our income.  That goes against the Consumer Credit Protection Act....lets see what they can do.  We filed a motion to abate the child support order based on erroneous info submitted by the opposition.  First motion was denied.  Let's see if this one is granted.  We filed a motion to strike the final judgment order for vexatious litigation and violations of Rules Of Civil Procedure and violations of our US Constitutional Rights.  Let's see what happens.

SOMEONE PLEASE LISTEN TO OUR CRY FOR HELP!  WHAT IS HAPPENING TO US IS BEYOND WRONG! HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN IN OUR WORLD? HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED ALONG THE WAY? HERE'S OUR STORY! I VOW TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES HOWEVER LONG IT TAKES TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPTION IN THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM!! FAMILY COURTS, YOU ARE NOW PUT ON NOTICE! 

Today is the day 7 of my new marriage to Mr. Right.  This should be a happy, joyous time and instead of that I am sitting here at my computer shaking and sobbing over what is being done to my Mr. Right; and since I just married him, it's now happening to me as well.  I met Mr. Right through some close friends two years ago.  When I first met him I remember how sad he looked, almost devastated.  My girlfriend said to me, “I promised him that I would do all I could to find him someone that would always make him smile.”  He later told me that when he met me it was the first time he smiled in many years.

Some back story: Mr. Right formerly known as Mr. (DAMNED IF I DO/DAMNED IF I DON'T) had been married to Mrs.(I AM ENTITLED BUT DON’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING) for almost 20 years.  He had recently found out that she cheated on him with his best friend a couple years back and then covered it up.  He happened to find her confession letter stuck in a drawer and after reading it, he just wanted to die.  They didn't have the greatest of marriages but he still held fast to the hope that they could possibly rekindle it and until finding that letter his hope was alive.  Reading that letter and the fact that she showed no remorse, that hope was gone. 

They had two beautiful children whom he adores and he just didn't understand after working so hard to provide a great home, why she would do this to him? Mr. Right (then Mr. Devastated), after praying for weeks and being a man of faith, believed that God had told him to divorce MRS.(CHEATER) as she was now unclean and his marriage was null as the Word of God, guideline for life instructed him.  So, Mr. Right (Mr. Determined) left the home to pursue a life of his own, understanding that he would have a long road ahead of him to find a suitable home for his children so that he could go on caring for them equally as much as their mother.

A bit of side info:  Mr. Right (Mr. Determined) found that trying to find a place to live in the same area as the children's school was very difficult to do.  They wanted so much money for rent!  After searching for several weeks a friend told him about an old farm home in the country area of town with multiple acres.  So, after checking on it and securing the home, for the first time he was excited to tell his kids about it.  He thought they would fall in love with it as he did.  It fast became his "safe haven" away from the stresses of work and from all the emotions he was feeling about being alone again.  He was so afraid of the unknown but he also knew that what his former "wife", (Mrs. I AM ABOVE THE LAWS OF GOD AND MAN) did was wrong and he didn't want his children to grow up in a home where two people weren't loving to each other.  He wanted to teach them so much better than to settle for a relationship that was not a true partnership and where people are held accountable for immoral actions.  She broke the marital contract after all.   

Mr. Right (Mr. Determined) filed for divorce in November 2011 and that is when his life changed for the worst.  The devastation he felt already was bad enough but NOTHING like what he would go through in the next two years.  He found an attorney who promised the world, but of course through no fault of Mr. Right's, "Greedy and Corrupt Attorney #1" screwed up his case big time making it sound like his hearing was only temporary and it could be "fixed" down the road so he should just agree to whatever for now and not "worry" that he'll fix it right up.  The General Magistrate (Cruel and Biased) during his hearing for "Temporary Child Support and Alimony" chewed him up and spit him out; making this model husband, father and man of God appear as nothing more than a piece of crap.  At this point, as his friend, I, (SEEKER OF TRUTH AND JUSTICE FOR ALL) questioned him; "How does a model husband and father go from being a great daddy to a piece of crap guy, suddenly now a "visitor" and no longer able to have full parental rights??? Seriously? One day he's a daddy and the next day he's a "visitor"?   One day he's WORLD'S BEST DAD and the next day he's DEAD BEAT DAD???  All because SHE, the former Mrs. (I AM ENTITLED; THE COURTS SAY I AM) says so?  I mean, really? Are we living in the TWILIGHT ZONE here people?  So, Mr. Right(again, Mr Devastated) after having been chewed out and spit on, decides to get a different attorney.  

Now, "Greedy and Corrupt Attorney #2", tells him that he'll let him make payments since he's financially devastated as it is and promises him that he'll get his kids back to him.  NOT! This one made it even worse! And then because Mr. Right decided to go searching on his own for his individual rights, "Greedy #2" Attorney withdraws from his case leaving Mr. Right pro se. 

 So, now, months and months go by, Mr. Right is fighting for his kids for equal and shared custody which is the presumption here in his fine state; and the opposition prolongs the litigation to line the pockets of the GREEDIEST, MOST EVIL ATTORNEY you will ever come in contact with!!  Two years later fast forward to the trial date where Mr. Right informs the Judge that he has never had any intention of waiving his rights to full access to his own children; and, in which the opposition (EVIL OF ALL EVIL)arbitrarily decides to inflate his income to double what he makes.  Instead of a bi-weekly paycheck, the opposing side decides to make it a weekly check which more than doubled his income! They have no findings of fact to base it on, they just did it because they can; so Mr. Right(Mr Outraged) raises his hand and objected, the Judge (Greedy and also Corrupt—or Clueless) asks if he has proof, which of course he did, so Mr. Right (Mr. Outraged) submits his proof into evidence.  Judge says, “you'll have my final order within 3 weeks.” 

Almost 14 weeks later, Mr. Right gets the proposed order which reads that they want him to pay the former Mrs. Entitled and Lazy to the tune of $3500 per month!!  He doesn't even make that much! They never corrected the financials and still show him earning double what his real income is.  So, he files his objections, and its Denied!!  Final order gets signed. Mr. Right is now restored to being single and after two years of supporting Mr. Right and falling in love with him, we had a small beautiful Christian ceremony to be married. He’s the man of my dreams and God blessed me when he brought him into my life.

 In the meantime, we were working on his next steps with the court, such as filing a motion to strike the trial due to erroneous information submitted by the opposing counsel and for a new trial but low and behold in the mail comes his income deduction order showing indeed he's ordered to pay $3500/mo to someone who has a CNA Degree but refuses to work! I, the new Mrs.Right (Mrs. Highly Outraged) stop in my tracks and think, “I work 40 hours a week and don't earn that!!”—Of course those of us who “work” earn our wages, not have them handed to us on a silver platter. If this goes thru, Mr. Right will lose his home, lose the ability to live any life at all, ultimately lose his job and end up in jail.  Is that what the courts want? Then no one wins, especially Mr. Right's children. The very next day, the income deduction order arrives in the mail signed; sealing Mr. Right’s financial fate and now mine as well.  Not having many options we decide to go in to the Child Support Enforcement Agency to seek a review of the amounts and to submit proof of income so that someone can see the errors that the opposing counsel submitted fraudulently.  The representative looks at the order and says, “What was that judge thinking? How can they do this when you have proof?”  We agreed and thought that finally we had some relief in sight…WRONG!  She says to us, “well, there’s really nothing that we can do from here, we are just an enforcement agency—we just follow what the judge rules.” So, I asked her, “well, with them taking every penny from him and most weeks not even making enough to cover what they ordered, when he can’t pay his car payment anymore and when he has no gas money to get to work, and when he gets fired because he can’t get to work, and loses his home because he can no longer pay his rent and then can’t have his kids with him because he won’t have suitable arrangements for them, is he just supposed to let you all know that?”  I COULD HARDLY BELIEVE HER NEXT WORDS!!  She says, “Oh NO! Don’t get fired, because that will look worse on YOU!”…I just blinked my eyes in disbelief and said, “Did you just hear what you said? We just told you the scenario that will happen very shortly AT NO FAULT of HIS and you are saying that it’ll be HIS fault? Are we in the Twilight Zone here folks? Can this really be happening in our country? Does the government have people in some subliminally, trance induced, haze?”

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO TRUTH, AND JUSTICE? WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOMEONE TO SAY STOP!, THIS IS WRONG AND WE NEED TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!??  THIS IS CORRUPTION OF THE WORST KIND AGAINST GOOD DADDY'S AND THE KIDS PAY THE WORST PRICE! SOMEONE NEEDS TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPTION ONCE AND FOR ALL!!
